Participants will develop methods to simultaneously hold others accountable and enhance the value of the relationship. This concept sets the participants free from micromanagement tendencies by shifting more of the responsibility to the employee. As participants embrace this concept, they will realize the benefits of being the facilitator rather than 'fixer.'    Through this module, Goal setting is redefined from the mundane yearly exercise as a relevant tool to sustain behavior change for long-term results.
