Effective LEADER-COACH (E-LV) - Mid Point Review - Foundations 1 & 2

The Foundations live group discussion provides a forum for participants to transfer the competencies and concepts of the first half of the course to practical, real-life application.

Participants will have the opportunity to process competency-based feedback, test the importance of the coaching fundamentals, explore how bias impacts psychological safety and experience coaching firsthand through hot topic group coaching.

Using the result of their pre-program competency assessment, participants will identify what personal changes they would like to make as a result of participating in the program.

Participants will verify the importance of the five coaching fundamentals in becoming an Effective Leader-Coach through interactive exercises.

They will discover ways that they may demonstrate bias by participating in an implicit bias assessment.

Participants will also experience coaching firsthand through hot topic group coaching, which will provide an authentic coaching experience, including modeled competency behaviors and a demonstration of real-time competency-based feedback.
