Topic: Completing the FOCUS Coaching Model
Summary:
Participants are expected to demonstrate mastery of the first three steps of the coaching model (F-O-C) and an understanding of the awareness topics by delivering live teach backs. Participants will give and receive competency-based feedback on their interactions during the session.
To prepare the participants for the next session's content and complete the coaching model, the class will explore the last two steps of the coaching model (U-S). Hot topic coaching will allow participants to be coached on current topics and further demonstrate the model and competencies.
