Gregory M. Clark, CPA, CGMA, is a principal with Business Compliance and Controls Group (BCCG), an accounting and consulting firm specializing in employee benefit plan audits and compliance, internal controls auditing, consulting and assessments, and technical accounting training. He has more than 35 years of experience in the audit and business compliance field and speaks nationally about employee benefit plans, operational auditing and more.
Marjorie H. Heap, CPA, a manager with Peterson Whitaker & Bjork, LLC, has experience in all phases of employee benefit plan engagements including planning, execution and quality control. In addition, she has a wide variety of public accounting experience covering all levels of financial statement service, developing and teaching training programs, and involvement in various levels of firm quality control.
Carolee A. Lindsey, CPA, CGMA, a principal with Weber & Deegan, Ltd., has 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, income tax, business advisory and peer review engagements. She has served on the MNCPA Board of Directors, the MNCPA peer review committee and several other MNCPA committees and not-for-profit boards.
Donna M. Massanova, CPA, is a partner in the audit and accounting services group as well as a practice leader of the employee benefit plan services group at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. She is responsible for marketing, business development and directing team members’ education and training in these practices. Massanova has expertise in the areas of the Securities and Exchange Commission 11-K filings, employee stock ownership, defined contribution, defined benefit and health and welfare plan auditing.
Lynne McMennamin, CPA, is an auditor in the division of accounting services and a senior reporting compliance specialist in the division of reporting compliance of the EBSA’s Office of the Chief Accountant at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Prior to joining the DOL, she spent more than 20 years in public accounting, including 10 years as a partner with an international accounting firm. McMennamin has served on the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Expert Panel as well as the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center executive committee. She is a frequent speaker at national and state conferences focused on employee benefit plans.
