Description

The session will identify the unique challenges of COVID-19, workers compensation, and the construction industry. It will identify how COVID workers compensation claims could impact your clients’ workers compensation losses, and premium. It will also give an overview of the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) modeling for potential impacts.

Jerry is one of the original five Acrisure Agency Partners, and Shareholder since July 1, 2010. He is the only agency partner to invest 100% of his agency's value into Acrisure stock. Jerry graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, IL, and maintains a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He was the recipient of Professional Insurance Agents of Michigan "Agent of the Year" for 2019. He was also the "Associate Member of the Year" for the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan in 2018, and the American Diabetes Association "Father of the Year" in 2012.

Jerry currently is the Chairman of the Big I of Michigan Legislative/Public Policy Committee, Michigan BuildPAC Trustee, President of the Builders Exchange of Kalamazoo, and Vice Chair of the Builders of Michigan Health Benefit Trust. He is also a Wall Street Journal Opinion Leader, Guidepoint Global Advisor, and member of Congressman Fred Upton's Business Cabinet Advisors.
