Research from the AICPA says that the business environment for CPAs will be characterized by “unprecedented, massive and highly accelerated change” through 2025. To thrive in this new age of hyper- change and growing uncertainty, it is an imperative to learn a new competency – how to accurately anticipate the future. But this competency isn’t just for CPAs - it’s for us as their association as well. Using concepts from The Anticipatory Organization™ Model created by Daniel Burrus and Burrus Research, this session will give you a framework to anticipate the trends that both you and your members face. At the end of the session participants will have the opportunity to put the framework to use in a facilitated exercise.
