Deanna Deldin is a Senior Attorney with the Corporate Practice Group of Clark Hill’s Detroit office. Deanna focuses her practice on tax exempt organizations. Deanna works with tax exempt organizations to provide a variety of services, including incorporation, tax-exempt qualification and ongoing governance issues relating to nonprofit organizations, and advice regarding Internal Revenue Service, Attorney General and other regulatory authority oversight and compliance. Deanna has worked with and advised a variety of tax-exempt clients, including cultural institutions such as libraries and museums, governmental entities, public charities, private foundations, community development corporations and other social, civic and religious groups.
