Anthony Daddino, JD


Anthony Daddino, JD, is a partner with Meadows, Collier, Reed, Cousins, Crouch & Ungerman, L.L.P.  Mr. Daddino specializes in resolving federal tax controversies.  He has extensive experience representing taxpayers in a wide variety of tax disputes, ranging from income tax and employment tax matters, to estate and gift tax, and employee benefit and exempt organization matters.  Mr. Daddino routinely represents taxpayers before IRS Exam and IRS Appeals, as well as in litigation.  As a trial attorney, his recent experiences include trying tax cases before the Court of Federal Claims and the Federal District Courts for the Western District and Northern District of Texas.  In 2011, he successfully argued a tax case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Daddino also serves on the law faculty at SMU Dedman School of Law, where he teaches Corporate Taxation.  He is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics, including IRS controversy, partnership tax, employment tax, international tax, and ethics issues.  Mr. Daddino has also been quoted in numerous articles published by BNA Daily Tax Report.
