Paul Yanowitch


Paul Yanowitch, JD, AUSA is in the Economic Crimes Section of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, in Dallas, Texas. His duties include service as the Designated Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property (CHIP) prosecutor and he prosecutes white collar crime, including cybercrime, IP offenses, financial fraud, and export offenses. Before this, he served in the Office of the Inspector General, United States Department of Justice, in Washington, D.C. He was also Counselor to the Assistant Attorney General and a Trial Attorney for the Torts Branch, of the Civil Division, United States Department of Justice, in Washington, D.C. Paul is also a Visiting Professor, Baylor University School of Law, Waco, Texas. Paul’s relevant experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for The Honorable John R. Gibson, United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, in Kansas City, Missouri
