Matthew J. Boettcher is a partner in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office and managing partner of Plunkett & Cooney’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation with specialization in real property, contract disputes and business torts. Mr. Boettcher received his undergraduate degree in accounting, cum laude, from the University of Detroit in 1984. He continued his education at the University of Detroit School of Law, where he graduated, cum laude, in 1987. Following graduation, Mr. Boettcher went on to serve as a clerk for the Honorable Patricia J. Boyle of the Michigan Supreme Court.
