Greg is a partner with Andrews Hooper Pavlik PLC and leads the firm’s consulting and information technology functions. Throughout his career at AHP, he has performed a variety of audit and consulting services. These services include financial statement audits, internal and IT control assessments, system and organization control (SOC) examinations, fraud investigations, network vulnerability assessments, social engineering, and disaster recovery consulting. In addition to his consulting and IT responsibilities, Greg remains heavily involved in financial statement audits and related assurance services and serves on AHP’s accounting and auditing committee. His industry background includes governmental and not-for-profit organizations, financial institutions, insurance companies, service organizations, higher education, service providers, and manufacturers.
Greg joined AHP in 2006 as a staff accountant and was promoted to partner in 2019. He has
been an author and discussion leader on a variety of topics covering accounting and auditing,
fraud risk prevention, information technology, internal control, and financial reporting.
Greg is a graduate of Central Michigan University, earning the Bachelor of Science and
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees. In addition to a CPA, Greg is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and is Security+ certified by the Computer Technology Industry Association. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
