Toni Lee-Andrews, CPA, is president and managing director of Andrews, Barwick & Lee, P.C. in Colonial Heights, Va. She is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the firm’s system of quality control. Toni has been in public practice for 21 years. Her practice consists of personal and business taxation, audit and accounting services and peer reviews of CPA firms. She is chair of the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) Peer Review Committee. She also serves on the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) Joint Trial Board.
