Joseph (Joe) Walloch, CPA, CGMA, MBA, MBT, teaches throughout the United States and internationally on a variety of tax topics and has gained the reputation of being one of the most knowledgeable and interesting tax instructors in the country. Joe is known for his willingness to answer seminar participants’ most complex tax questions. He has been recognized by CPA Magazine as one of “50 Top Tax Professionals in America. Joe received the AICPA Sidney Kess Award for Excellence in Continuing Education.
Joe has testified before e the United States Congress as an expert witness on taxation. Joe has served as professor of Advanced Taxation and Advanced Financial Accounting at University of California Riverside, He has taught internationally including in the Peoples Republic of China.
Joe served as chair of the AICPA Individual Income Tax Technical Resource Panel. Joe has authored hundreds of tax articles and tax videos, and has been quoted as a tax authority in the Wall Street Journal.
Joe is the president and CEO of Walloch & Associates in San Diego and Redlands, California, and been a CPA for over 50 years. He specializes in expert witness assignments, litigation support, quality control review, and second-opinion assignments.
