Kathryn W. Lyles’, JD, LLM, is an attorney with the Dallas law firm of Meadows, Collier, Reed, Cousins, Crouch & Ungerman, L.L.P. Her practice focuses primarily on resolving federal tax controversies. She represents taxpayers in a wide variety of tax disputes, ranging from income tax and employment tax matters, to estate and gift tax.
