Kathryn W. Lyles’, JD, LLM, is an attorney with the Dallas law firm of Meadows, Collier, Reed, Cousins, Crouch & Ungerman, L.L.P. Her  practice focuses primarily on resolving federal tax controversies.  She represents taxpayers in a wide variety of tax disputes, ranging from income tax and employment tax matters, to estate and gift tax.  Ms. Lyles represents businesses and individuals administratively before IRS Examination and IRS Appeals, as well as in litigation before the Tax Court and federal district court.  Her practice also concentrates on resolving disputes with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and other state tax agencies. Ms. Lyles was admitted to practice in Texas in 2008, and in Alabama and Tennessee in 2007.
